We were very lucky to have the Ambulance visit us on Friday. The students enjoyed discussing the Ambulance and the job of the Paramedics. The especially loved sitting in the back of the Ambulance and seeing the lights and hearing the sirens.

Surf Lifesaving
We were very fortunate to get Mikaya and Brenna from Ruakaka Surf Lifesaving to come and speak to the students about beach safety. They were fantastic and taught the students about sun safety as well as water safety. The students really enjoyed sharing their prior knowledge and playing the games designed to help them learn about being safe when visiting the beach.
