Splatter Art

We used a salad spinner to splatter paint onto paper.  We are going to use the pictures that we made to make butterflies.

Library Trip

We went on a trip to the Whangarei Library.  We were very lucky to meet Sue a librarian who showed us all around the library, even the places the public are not usually allowed!  We were able to see a movie about some naughty teddy bears who slept over at the library and got into mischief.  We also got given a magic hat that helps us to explore our emotions.  Everyone enjoyed reading the stories at the library as well as taking a walk in the rose garden and fernery.
